Hunt & Chambers: Garland house (Balboa, Calif.)
Description
This large beach house was sited directly on the sand. With large balconies facing the water, the house allowed for indoor/outdoor living on the beach. The house sat on a corner lot, and included a long wooden boardwalk through the loose sand dunes to the beach.
