Barton Myers: Bekins house (Montecito, Calif.)

Description

For the Bekins house in the Toro Canyon area of Montecito, Myers utilized the same type of steel construction he used in his own nearby house. Myers worked with landscape architects Arcadia Studios to preserve some of the landscape features originally placed on the site by Lockwood de Forest, a noted local Santa Barbara landscape architect.
