Description

This is the second Case Study Apartment project, and it was never built. Killingsworth designed the 10 unit apartment complex to be a mix of four standard two bedroom apartments and six 'studio' two bedroom apartments which were two stories tall, and arranged in townhouse style. Both types of apartments were to be approximately 1300 square feet in size and each had a private courtyard entrance. This grouping allowed for garages to face the back of the property, a large swimming pool in the center of the complex, and a courtyard facing the main street.
